    Application and description:
    600V MC cables can be used for overhead installation, directly buried, laying on metal frame, cable bracket, groove or continuous rigid cable bracket. MC class requirements UL, used for the continuous working temperature 90 degrees wet / dry environment.

    UL 44 – thermosetting material insulated wires and cables
     
    UL 1569 – coated metal cable
     
    IEEE 1202 – Flame test (70000 Btu/hr) of installed cable tray cable in commercial applications
     
    ICEA T-29-520 – cable vertical burning flame test s (210000 Btu/hr)
     
    ICEA S-95-658 (NEMA WC 70) Structural requirements
     
    Cable structure:
    Conductor: compact type concentric stranded copper conductor B class, meet ASTM B3,B8 and ICEA
    Insulation: flame retardant and moisture resistant crosslinked polyethylene (FRXLPE)
    Groundin wireg: concentric stranded copper conductor compact type B, followed by ASTM B3, B8
    Cabling way: filled between the insulation conductors, the gap add ground wire, and then by the adhesive tape around the package
    Armour: lap type galvanized steel strip armoring
    Sheath: flame retardant, resistant to daylight PVC (CPE/LSOH material optional)
    Color: black, other colors available.
